Poop Yer Pants’ acoustic guitar-driven brand of indie rock is a homegrown concoction of power-pop melodies, roots punk personality and dark electronic grooves.

Although many music directors criticize the band’s name, those who listen are caught off guard by the real human content present in songwriter Ken Adam’s lyrics.  His words, like the name of the band, are something we’ve all felt.

PYP's self-titled debut is recieving international radio play. Specialty and College DJ’s alike are going deep on the album, giving repeated spins to 7 tracks (“Stupid All the Time,” “Simple”, “Greensox”, “Everglader”, “In the Dark”, "Boomer's on a Hot Tuesday" & “Chester and Jonny”.)

“Simple” has already charted 3 weeks in a row at 88.1 "The Burg" and hit the top 30 on WSUM  in Vermont and KALX in California.  It also ranked on WRZX’s “Hangover Café’s” Top 75 of 2005, was awarded with “Best Lyrics in Indie Rock” and “Track of the Day” status by GarageBand.com.
